The Outlawz Sketch Challenge 5/25

Morning/Evening Peeps.  I'm glad you stopped by to view my blog for The Outlawz Sketch Challenge for this week.  Our wonderful sponsor for this month has been Cre8tive Hands.  Hop on over there and take a look at the fantastic digis they have.

I used mostly Stampin' Up cardstock and Recollections cardstock.  The die is from Spellbinders.  I made the flower using a baby wipe that I cleaned up my mat with after using Ken Oliver's Color Burst Powders.  I liked the look of it so I cut the flowers with Cheery Lynn's Sweet Williams die and added a little bling, that I've had for ages, to the center.  The pearl bling is from Want2Scrap.  I embossed the odd shape cardstock with Die'sire Floral Frenzy embossing folder and my Big Shot.  It is hard to see, but I also used white rick rack.  I colored the bunny with Copic markers and popped him on the card with Foam Tape.

The Outlawz Sketch Challenge 5/18

Sketch time at The Outlawz.  Our sponsor this month is Cre8tive  Hands.  Hop on over after you leave me some love and see what cute images are there.

I added an extra background layer just to make it stand out a little more.  I colored the image with Wink of Stella Glitter Pens (outfit & shoes, hair, star, wings) and Copic pens (skin).  I added the ribbon from my stash.  I think it came from Michael's.  The pearls are from Want2Scrap.  The paper is a combination of Recollections, Stampin' Up, and Core'dinations.

black cardstock from Recollections

The Ourlawz Progressive Challenge - May 2016

What an adorable image ppinky has supplied for The Outlawz Progressive Challenge.  Her name is Fifi.  With my love of cats, it couldn't have been more perfect.  I colored her with Copic markers and gold  Wink of Stella glitter pen.

I chose to use Atlantic Hearts Sketch #155, flipped horizontally and adapted to make it my own.  I used a scrap of an old Basic Grey collection and Recollections cardstock.  The ribbon is from  Michael's.  The die cut for the sentiment was cut with a Stampin' Up punch and stamped with a Verve stamp.  Want2scrap bling colored with the same Copic marker I used for her outfit,  completes the card.

The Outlawz Sketch Challenge - May 4

Morning Peeps.  As you read this, I am undergoing corneal surgery on my right eye to help correct my vision and slow down the process of losing my sight.

The Sketch Challenge at The Outlawz is up and running.  Our wonderful sponsor for this month is Cre8tive Hands.  Why not take a few minutes and check both out.  It would be nice to see you enter the challenge. I did a little paper piecing for his scarf.  Although the sketch didn't have one, I added a sentiment because the image reminded me of someone with a sore throat and keeping it warm with a scarf.

Core'dinations embossed cardstock
Basic Grey cardstock
Recollections cardstock
Copic markers
Stampin' Up buttons
Want2Scrap bling
Joann's rick rack
foam tape

This is my card for May for CraftyHazelnut's Patterned Paper Challenge.

I decided I wanted to another shaped card.  I found this one in the Silhouette store.  I fell in love with it and after a couple false starts, it came together.
I used Basic Grey patterned paper and Core'dinations cardstock.  The bling is from Want2Scrap.  Flowers are by Recollections and stamp is from Verses Rubber Stamps.
