Tuesday Throwdown Tic Tac Toe 7/14

Morning Peeps.  It's time for another fun challenge over at Tuesday Throwdown.  This week the challenge is a tic tac toe.  You can follow it just like you were playing tic tac toe with your friends, diagonally, across or up and down.  Use each box when you decide which on of the five ways you want to go.  For my card, I used the top row across - stamp, pattern paper and brads.  The sponsor for this challenge is Milk Coffee.
The digi stamp is Little Mermaid from Milk Coffee.  The color in her cheeks are brads.  I created the pattern paper by dripping Distress Ink into shaving cream and putting laying a piece of cardstock over it.  You can find a tutorial on Splitcoast Stampers here for this technique.  It's messy, but fun.
Materials Used:
Shaving cream
Distress Ink re-inkers
American Craft cardstock and foil cardstock
Copic markers
Wink of Stella Glitter pen
Want2Scrap bling
Unknown brads
Foam tape
Spellbinders Die Frame 7
Silhouette Cameo
