Morning Peeps!  The Sunday Release at DS4J has some really cute digis this week.  Hurry on over to the store to grab a few.  I used Peek-a-Boo for my card.  I just love it when toddlers do this.  Maybe it is a little bit of envy.

I colored the image with Copic markers.  The card base is Basic Grey from a few years ago.  The pink die cut was done with my Cameo.  Flowers are Prima.  The ribbon, of unknown origin, is a little piece I found in my ribbon box.

Word Art Wednesday Hebrews 11:16

Just a simple card this time for Word Art Wednesday.  I used an image from DS4J and merged the verse onto it using my Cameo.  Then I cut the sentiment circle and the Nested Starburst.  I used Copics on the image and added some Prima flowers from my stash.   The flower centers are brads I have had forever.  I used Stampin Up cardstock for the card base and first layer.

The Outlawz Challenge September 24

Hi Peeps!  Time for another Outlawz challenge.  We are still working with our sponsor for September, Aurora Wings.  I used Harliquinade for my image.  I colored the image with Copic markers.  It was printed and cut with my Cameo.  I offset the image and cut it with lavender.  "The ribbon is from American Crafts.  I colored the pearls from Want2Scrap with a Copic marker to match the colors in the image.  The base is black cardstock from Recollections.

Winner, Winner Chicken Dinner

I'm glad you made your way back here to see what you have won.  As promised, one person who entered a comment and either already was or became a follower, would win the digi I used.  I am happy to announce that (drum roll) Michele I is the winner of the "Happy Birthday" digi. Please contact Margy at  Your digi will come directly from  her.

Congratulations Michele.  Be sure to come back and visit my blog again.  I post frequently as I am on three DT teams and will be guest designing for two others in October and December.  I would like to see you visit all of them and enter their challenges.

The Outlawz September 17 Sketch Challenge

Morning Peeps!  It's time for another challenge at The Outlawz Wednesday Sketch challenge.  Hop on over and check out the DT inspiration and all the cards that have already been entered.   Our fantastic sponsor for this month is Aurora Wings.  Make sure you go over to their shop and check out the amazing digis they have.  I will admit, I was a little intimidated when I first saw the stamp I used for this challenge.  I didn't think I could begin to do it justice.  However, when I printed it out, it all fell into place.  I used the Cameo to print and cut it.  Once I imported the image into the Cameo, I put a shape around it and then cut it and colored it with Copics.  When it was colored, I added Glossy Accents to the wings.  Want2Scrap bling came in handy for the flower centers.  Really Reasonable Ribbon was used for the lace and a scrap of pink ribbon from my stash.  The pink die cut was done with a Spellbinders die.  The flowers are by Prima.

DS4J Sunday Release

If it's Sunday, then it must be time for the new release of digis at DS4J.  You can find them in the online shop here.  I chose to use the "Books" by Riette, our fabulously artistic DT member.  I used the print and cut feature on my Cameo and colored the books with Copic Markers.  The sentiment is a quote I found about books.  I typed it in the Cameo, put a shape around it and cut it out.  The rick rack I found in my stash.  Buttons are from American Crafts and colored with Copic markers.

The Outlawz Sketch Challenge Sept. 10

I am so happy to be back on the DT for The Outlawz Sketch Challenge.  This is my first card for that challenge after a nine-month absence due to the surgery on my leg.  I would do a happy dance but the leg won't let me just yet.  All I can say is "It's nice to be home again."  The sponsor for this month is Aurora Wings. I used this cute penguin.  The bottom layer paper is from Recollections 6x6 Festivities paper pack.  I cut the snowflake on my Cameo using American Craft Winter collection.  I had to fussy cut the penguin because my Cameo wanted to put too many cut lines in it no matter what I told it to do.  I colored him with Copic markers.  The candy cane is colored with Wink of Stella white glitter pen and red Copic markers and the bow is Pearl Pen Green.  The fur on his cap is Pearl Pen Ice White.  I added a little Glossy Accents to  his feet and beak.  The ribbon was off a spool I bought a long time ago at Michaels.  I popped the image to give it a little depth.

DS4J September Christmas Card Challenge

Another card done for Christmas.  There are only three more to go for the monthly Christmas Challenge at DS4J.  Why not go over and look at the cute cards the entrants have made.  The image is called Two-Wit Twooo" and can be found in the online store.   I used Recollections red for the base and Recollections Festivas 6x6 paper pad for the first layer. I colored the image with Copic markers and Pearl Pen Ice White for the fur on the hats.
