DS4J February Christmas Challenge

It's only taken me the whole month, but here is my entry for the 2014 DS4J Christmas Challenge for February.  The image is from DS4J  I colored it with Copics.  His spots are Daffodil Liquid Pearls and the fur on his hat is Ice White Pearl Pen.

I'm also using this as one of my February cards for Lady Anne's Christmas Card Club.

DS4J Challenge 86 - Dies and/or Punches

The challenge at DigiStamps4Joy for this week is hosted by Charlene.  Her choice was to use punches and/or dies.  I used the new die I got from The Frantic Stamper, called Sunburst Card Panel.  It is a perfect size for an A2 card.  I used an adhesive cardstock with silver glitter embedded in it.  The chipboard embellie has been in my stash for ages and I decided to use it in anticipation of Spring arriving next month.  The image is from the DS4J online store, and is called Cosmos Corsage.  It is one of my favorite digis.  I seem to use is as my go-to image when I'm stumped.  I colored it with Copic markers, E13, E15, E17, and YG63.  The ribbon is from American Crafts.

Tuesday Throwdown Challenge 184

Today's challenge at Tuesday Throwdown uses 2 Cute Ink images and is Anything Goes.  I chose to use an image that I've had from 2 Cute Ink for quite awhile.  It can either be a birthday card or a card to tell someone you care.

Everything I used on this card, I have had for six months to a year and even more.  I had cut several pieces of left over dp into pieces the size needed for the background layer for a card.  I don't even know where the foam stars came from any more.  Since I have been remodeling my scrap room, I have found a lot of supplies that I had forgotten I had.  I am going to try to use up a lot of them and not buy more for a long time to come.

This is my last card for the design team for Tuesday Throwdown.  I have found it necessary to resign my spot and concentrate on my recuperation from knee replacement surgery.  I will really miss the team.

I purchased this sunburst die from Frantic Stampers.  I can't seem to get enough use out of it.  I love it.  I made a card for a design team, but it will not be available to be seen until Wednesday.  I was just sitting here looking at some chipboard figures I have had for a very long time and decided to try out another card.  I just love it.

I used a piece of pink paper with darker pink bubbles on it from SU to back the die cut which was cut out of a piece of silver paper with the glitter embedded in it.  It is very smooth and shiny.  I don't remember where I got it or who makes it.  The only thing I know for sure is that is was a 8.5 x 11 piece of paper and cost $3.00.  There was still a price sticker on the back.

The card base is made from Recollections cardstock as is the white layer.  The ribbon is from American Crafts and has been in my stash for two years or more.  The flower and heart brad are also aged and of unknown origin.  The chipboard flower pot is from Westrim.  "Dream" is from Miss Elizabeth's. The bling flourish is from Want2Scrap.  I used my new Layer Creator to position the layers.  I am getting to really like that tool.

I am trying to use up some of my stash so I can justify buying more. AG with handmade bow AG with flowers glitter Ribbon AG AG Grown Up card

The Outlawz 2//19

It's time again for an Outlawz sketch.  The sponsor for this month is Make It Crafty, but the only image I have from them is the one they sent me.  I didn't want to use it for four cards so I am using from my stash.
